Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions (T&Cs) govern the personalised travel services offered by Laugx Japon: tailor-made itineraries, private guide, concierge services and experiences. Any order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

Each service is the subject of a personalised quote. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 31 days from its issue. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

A deposit is required at booking: 30% of the total amount for services without a vehicle, 50% for services including a vehicle.

The balance is paid no later than 21 days before the service, or on the day itself when the booking is made less than 21 days in advance.

The deposit paid is non-refundable, whatever the circumstances.

In the event of cancellation less than 10 days before the service, the full amount remains due to the agency.

Services paid to third parties (accommodation, tickets, activities, etc.) are never refundable by the agency and follow the conditions of their providers.

Laugx Japon undertakes to use all necessary means for the smooth running of the services. Its liability cannot be engaged for events beyond its control (weather conditions, transport delays or disruptions, site closures, etc.).

In the event of force majeure making the service impossible, a full refund is issued, less any costs already incurred with third parties.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure the validity of their travel documents (passport, visa, driving licence and its translation where applicable). Laugx Japon cannot be held responsible for the consequences of missing documents.

The information collected is used exclusively to organise your trip. It is not shared with any third party without your consent, apart from the providers strictly necessary to deliver the booked services.

Unless you explicitly object, photographs taken during the services may be used for communication purposes. You can ask at any time for an image of you to be removed.

Prices are shown in euros. They may change depending on availability, providers and the season. The applicable price is the one shown on the accepted quote.

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is given to the courts of Laugx Japon's registered office.
